Due 1858 when the farm was divided.

In 1867 there were: 4.5 acres of medium-sized arable land, meadow area of 53.5 acres.

In 1959, there were 70 acres of cultivated land and 400 acres of forest here.

The farm is still in operation.

Gudmund Nilsen Heldal:

Born 1819 in Hosanger, died 1863 - bought the farm in 1858 for 7,000 spel.

Married to Åse Steffensdatter Gjerdrem. b. 1819. d. 1890

Children: Brita, Ingeborg, Steffen, Olina, Nils.

Steffen Gjerdrum The seal:

B. 1852, d. 1947 - got Skøyte from his mother in 1891 for NOK. 7,600 and conditions.

Grown vegetables.

Married to Dortea Matinius' daughter Herland. b. 1853, d. 1934.

Children: Alf, Augusta, Josefine, Maria, Gunnhild, Berta, Signy, Sigrid, Dortea, Inga, Borghild, Åsta.

Mons Rasmussen Løvaas:

B. 1889, d. 1968 - got a skate from his father-in-law in 1924 for NOK. 20,000 and conditions.

Married to Sigrid Sæle. b. 1886, d. 1982.

Children: Klara, Kaare, Dagny, Sverre, Arne.

Kaarde Løvaas:

F1916 – bought the mill from his father in 1955.

Married to Margit Haukeland b. 1924.

Children Magne, Arne, Svein, Kari, Ingvar.

Still owned by the family.
