Due 1858.

In 1867, there were: 2.5 acres of medium-sized arable land, a total of 20 acres

In 1959 there were: 70 acres of cultivated land, 50 acres of forest. 120 acres of open land. The mill was located where Vestre Sælemyr housing association is located today.

The mill was closed down when development took off.

Gudmund Ivarsen Åsgård:

Bought the mill from his brother Berge in 1863 for 800 Spdl.

Arne Monsen Nedreås:

Born 1835 in Lindås. Bought the mill in 1865 for 800 Spill.

Married to Nilla Olsdatter Rødland b. 1845

Children: Berta

Severin Severinsen Heldal:

Born 1839 in Hosanger, died 1915. Bought the mill in 1879 for NOK 8,400.

Married to Brita Bergsdatter Sælen b. 1849

Children: Sina, Berge, Mikal, Gustav and Severin

Berge Severinsen Sælemyr:

Born 1878. Got a deed from his parents in 1911 for NOK. 12000. and conditions

He was married 3 times to respectively Berta Eriksdatter Lynghaug, Herborg Malena Engelsdatter Bolstad. and Johanne Johannesdatter Kirkebvirkeland.

Children: 1 marriage: severin, Einar. 2 marriages: Erling, Sverre, Klara. 3 marriages: Gunnar, Steinar.

Severin Sælemyr:

B. 1899. Took over from his father in 1941.

Married to Kari Nordås.

Children: Birger, Anna, Gunnar, Kjell, Steinar
